Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. For made-to-order or customised pieces, processing may take 7–14 business days — we will inform you at the time of ordering.

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available on select pin codes)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email id. You can track your order using the link provided by our courier partner.

Damaged or Lost Shipment

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at shreeshaelitejewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7038597374. We will resolve it promptly.
